Blog numero dos
When I think of leadership I think of a role model that everyone can aspire to be like. This summer my I went on a mission trip to Kansas City. When we were there we worked with people in poverty in a homeless shelter. It was a very eye opening experience and I definitely learned a lot and it changed me for the better. The group of people that organized the trip for us to be able to come down to KC were all former Central college students that called themselves Ascent Ministries. All of them were pretty young, but you could tell that they genuinely cared a lot about helping these people. I found that I wanted to be more like these people. To be compassionate to others and make a difference in something bigger than myself. That's really all anyone can hope to do with their lives.

First blog.
The other day in leadership we talked about the results of our personality tests. I had white. I agreed with pretty much everything it said. I think it's good to know how your own personality works. People think so much and worry about what other people think and how they feel about them. I think you should think more about how you can change yourself to relate to others. That way you can better understand yourself and learn how to better yourself. I think that in order to be a good leader you should know how to put yourself into other peoples' shoes.
